Basic QiGong Course Outline
Our teaching starts with how to understand Qi and bring universe Qi to our body so as to be healthy. Each course has basic learning and upgraded learning.
The QiGong course is 10 weeks, 2 hours per week.
During the course, you will learn how to relax whole body, feel the Qi and circulate it inside of your body. You will also learn how to bring universe energy into your body. From the course, eventually, you will achieve;
- Enernigize organs
- Clear channels
- Enliven cells
- Focus mind and body
- Expand the Body-Mind potential
You will absolutely experience positive changes in your body before the end of the course.
The training can be conducted in ENGLISH, KOREAN and FRENCH.
