24 Form TaiChiQuan Course Outline
The 24 TaijiQuan course is around 9 months with a training of 2 hours per week.
- Learn the basic principles of the moving sequences, in preparation for higher Taiji sequences.
- Learn correct postures, directions, flow of Qi, centering and relaxation.
The training can be conducted in ENGLISH, KOREAN and FRENCH.
